ABOUT JEN GIGLER

Yoga isn’t only making shapes with your body. You needn’t be flexible to start. You can begin even if you cannot stand on your own. What started as a way to get movement in my life progressed for me into what it is today: an incredibly insightful education on Yoga I can hardly wait to share with the community! I completed 200 hours of training (200-RYT) at Circle Yoga Shala in Jasper, AR in March 2021, and another 300 hours/ Year 1 Yoga Therapy (500-RYT) on May 1, 2022.


If you’re ready to make changes in your life toward better flexibility of body, mind, and spirit, but don’t know where to start, I want to help you get there. I aim to work with individuals who have a passion for gaining back functional mobility, strength, quieting the mind, implementing small daily habits, working with breath, dietary changes, regulation of emotions, etc. 
 

In addition to private training sessions by the hour, I hold public classes to be announced a week in advance. If your organization has small groups that would truly benefit from the gift of Yoga, contact me to be added to my list of outreach opportunities.
